Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the metro, and fairly near the city center, but the noise from the street was quite bothersome at times. The room, while having air conditioning, was small and lacked proper sound insulation, affecting my sleep quality. On the bright side, the service was prompt, offering dry cleaning and housekeeping service, and the dining options, particularly the granola served for breakfast, were enjoyable. However, the price seemed slightly high for what was offered and didn't fully match the value received.
The hotel is ideally situated right next to the local metro station providing a direct link to the city center and close to some main tourist spots. While the rooms are cozy with a good heating system that doesn't dry the air, having a shared bathroom could be a downside. The service includes dry cleaning, housekeeping, and they even offer a welcome drink, but tours/ticket assistance would have been a great addition. The dining experience offers a nice variety including being served fresh fruit, but more options like curry would enhance it further. The facilities are decent, but few extra amenities would elevate the stay. The price is reasonable for what you get.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. However, the Wi-Fi was not very reliable and the breakfast could use more variety. The location was convenient with easy access to the Metro.
